For orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, we offer free shipping for orders over €550 including VAT. If your order is below this amount, we charge €55 shipping costs per order, including VAT. For backorders that fit into a box, shipping costs are €15.

This depends on your situation. We recommend the Industry tiles for business use, high load and poor substrate. This is because these are our strongest tiles. They can withstand intensive use.

In our distribution center in Deventer we have a large stock of PVC click tiles. This means that products that are in stock when you order, we can ship them immediately.
When you order before 12:30 a.m. on working days, we strive to ship your order the same day. However, in some cases, products may not be readily available, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time. For products that are not in stock, delivery time is usually 2 to 3 weeks as we have them manufactured specifically for you at the factory.
Typically, delivery takes place on the next business day between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. You will receive an email with a track and trace code (possibly in your spam folder) for more details. This email is normally sent the night after your order is shipped.

Premium PVC is the best and most beautiful quality PVC available and meets the highest quality standards. The homogeneous composition makes this floor very resistant to wear and has an expected life span of more than 20 years. This PVC is suitable for any room but especially in living areas we recommend choosing this new PVC material and also if you are going to use underfloor heating.
ECO Recycle PVC is one quality class lower and slightly less wear-resistant than the Premium PVC. Therefore, the expected lifespan is not as long, but certainly not bad. We recommend using this tile in workshops, garages and other industrial environments. Possibly at first this floor will smell like a new car (100% safe). The matte surface makes dirt less easily visible. In addition, ECO Recycle PVC has a more competitive price which makes this tile an excellent choice.
